Naomi Thompson: I stopped here to get a manicure. I never get manicures (always do them myself) but today I felt like having one done. It’s my last day in Antigua. Anyway this spa is GORGEOUS!! So peaceful and quiet, with a fountain (love the sound of running water), the manicure was wonderful - very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. I love this place and highly recommend to others! The atmosphere is beautiful and the girls working here are completely professional and kind.

She read the paper I filled out about how I don't like my head being massaged because I get dizzy after it. She avoided my head, but massaged my face. She washed my feet when I first came into the room. The stones were a wonderful hot temperature throughout the massage. She really worked on my back, which was the area I was having the most pain. The place is really beautiful once inside.

Josephine Burns: My massage treatment with Pablo was absolutely amazing! He came to my hotel room and did a wonderful job explaining how the treatment works, and the different approaches and techniques he used. It was my first experience having a treatment of this type, and Pablo made sure I was totally comfortable and at ease, and understood what was happening. The massage treatment was amazing, easily the best I've ever had, and I was so relaxed I'm sure I fell asleep at one point! Pablo spent much longer than the two hours I expected, it was such a different experience to other massages where it feels rushed with the therapist always checking the clock. Pablo really cares about ensuring you have the best possible experience. The new spa sounds behind incredible and I would return for that alone when it's finished! Danielle Dubblinga (NL): It is a really good spa/retreat. The owner Pablo gives massage that exceed my expectation. The massage focus on deep relaxing and points of pain in your body. Furthermore it is a massage of two hours. After the massage you can go in the sauna, swimming pool or do some yoga. It is nice place to get relaxed. I really recommand it!!!

He really feels the body and I felt is like a synchrony movement that not just heals muscles and tissues but also energetic body. All the techniques and details that are part of these treatment were really a medicine for me. Molly Cichy: Pablo is wonderful. My TWO HOUR (!!!) massage was conducted at my hotel. I've never had an in-home massage before, so I wasn't sure what to expect--would it have all the trappings of a typical spa experience? The answer is yes, definitely. Pablo brought his massage table, really relaxing essential and massage oils that he heated up, warm towels, and everything. My hotel room can get kind of chilly, but I was never cold during my massage thanks to Pablo always keeping his hands super warm (how does he do that?). He's a sweetheart and made me feel super comfortable. He set very clear expectations so that anything I felt or experienced during the massage wasn't unexpected, and he was very thorough in asking about what in my body needed attention. Oh also, he wasn't just on time--he was early! Best massage I've had, plus I love that my money is going directly to a Guatemalan and not to a foreign-owned spa. NO RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDATION!

Alisa Meledina: The best experience in Antigua! My friend recommended me Pablo saying it was more than just a massage. I didn’t really understand that till I tried! The session was so intense I even cried! I went through my memories, through some childhood pain I completely forgot about! And also had some images of my future (hope it actually comes true☺️). Karen Bundgaard: This is by far the most holistic massage I've ever had. The approach is not only like a general relaxing massage it's more a philosophy of treating both body and mind through a in-depth massage using different techniques. Pablo has an amazing intuition and is extremly professionel, skilled and present. I cannot recommend him enough!! Karen Gatica: Good service, the staff is very friendly, they do not have a parking lot within the facilities, but they have someone who takes care of the cars, has a toilet, Wi-Fi. Sale of beauty and hair products, pedicure and others.
Nathalie Diaz: I do not recommend it and I would not go again, I made an appointment on Friday (because my salon had a full schedule for Saturday), specify the time and the services I wanted, ironing for long and abundant hair, and acrylic nails. Who attended me very kindly but lacks experience to do nails, and they did not schedule my ironing so they wanted me to wait 30+ minutes just to be able to iron... my ironed hair did not last even 40 minutes, bad experience
Eva Mejía: I studied the Nail Technician in 2021, during that period I had 4 teachers in the 6 months that the course lasts, all of them left due to lack of payment. They told us that they were going to give us the MINEDUC diploma in 6 months, the year is almost over and nothing. There are colleagues who have been waiting for more than 2 years for the diplomas of other courses. It's a bad academy, no one takes responsibility and they constantly change staff.

Samuel Bar: For my last day in Guatemala, I looked for a massage parlour. After two failures (establishments closed) I came across this one thanks to Google Maps. The entrance is very discreet in a kind of small open gallery and the living room is modest. Well it was probably one of the best massages of my life! (And yet I have attended dozens of salons in Europe and around the world and attend one every week in Paris). I enjoyed the whole body massage! The price is very attractive, 250 GTQ on my way (32€) for 1 hour. Only downside: I didn't have a towel to wipe the massage oil off my skin on the way out. I would probably never come back to Guatemala but if I come back, I would definitely go through this fair!

Leonor Viturro: While the staff are excellent and very helpful, the facility is in need of a facelift. For example, there are no lockers where you can leave your things, and since the shower is in the sauna room, they ask you to shower in 10 minutes or pay a fine of 100 quetzales if you take more time, which ends up playing in against with the relaxation that one was trying to achieve.
Response: Hi Eleanor, Thank you for your comment, it always helps us to improve our service. Clients' belongings can be left in the rooms where they receive therapies. As we only have 4 booths, we do not see the need for lockers. And with the subject of the shower, unfortunately there are people who do not respect the times so we were forced to put that measure.

When I lived in Taiwan for 35 years, as long as there was time every week, many Taiwanese would go for foot and body massages (Japanese also like to go to Taiwan for massages)! But today's experience surprised me! For my years of massage experience! Even I who have received massages for many years in Asia know that it takes time to find a masseuse that suits me! Because the technique of each masseuse, the intensity of pressure, the mastery of the position of the acupuncture points, etc., and the degree of pain endured by the person receiving the massage are different! The combination of the two can obtain complete muscle relaxation, improve discomfort, and achieve the purpose of health care! But I had this feeling completely from my first experience here! The result of the first session was that I was able to get up and lie down without feeling dizzy, and after two more sessions I regained my sense of balance. After further sessions I notice other positive effects, for example a better quality of sleep. I am just very grateful for getting me back on my feet so quickly (in the true sense of the word!), And for making me discover chiropractic as a means of healing.

Jenny: We came here based on reviews and it was not a good experience at all. We booked two weeks in advance for two facials and massages. When we arrived they did not have our reservation. They had one woman give both of us a facial at the same time. Not hygienic at all. Never washed hands went back and forth to our faces. The massage was ok at best. The worst part is they over charged us for all the services and we didn’t realize u til we left. You can do so much better than this place. Don’t go here.
