Llame para que me las arreglaran y cuando llegue la dueña me trato muy mal y cuando me las estaban retocando lo unico que hicieron fue echarme otra capa de color encima de la que ya tenia y ahora mis uñas se ven horribles, no son nada baratas para que traten asi a sus clientes. Yo solia ir por lo menos cada 3 semanas pero de ahora en adelante ya no regresare.

Monika: It may not seem so at first, but it is not so easy to find a good nail salon in Guatemala (especially if you are gringa :)). Here the atmosphere was great, girls very nice (especially Fabiola who saved my nails), quality good and prices very reasonable. What is worth to be mentioned - this is one of rare places in Guate where I paid exactly the amount of money I agreed on before the service. Muy recomendable!

Hannah Stephenson: Wow, wow, wow! If you are considering a wax here then go for it. I had an extended bikini wax, Lillian was so gentle and quick. I’ve had many waxes in the UK and would say this is the best wax I’ve ever had. Professional and easy to get to, located a 6 minute walk from the very city centre. Thank you Zafiro Salon and Spa
Rachel Putman: Marlenny gave me the BEST haircut I’ve had in my life. I hadn’t had my waist length hair cut since June 2020 and she was up to the task. Highly recommend her, her styling is amazing. Sarah Cronin: I have been coming to Antigua from Lake Atitlán just to use this salon and it’s been worth it every time. Not only do they REALLY know hair, but they have a fantastic massage therapist. Maria Harris: I feel a bit bad writing this review because the staff were so lovely and I feel like they tried really hard to do a good job,but my pedi cost 200Q and I don’t think it will last very long. I had it done yesterday but as you can see in the photo attached, there is a fair bit of chipping and scratches on my nails already, and nail polish on my skin. Perhaps this is just how “dip nails” work and maybe gel is better? Not sure but for the price I expected better longevity.
Lindsay Veenstra: I’ve been going and having my hair done with Stacy for over a year now and I can say that she does the most natural balayage and babylights anywhere I’ve found. I’ve had my hair done all over the world and I would fly back to Guatemala just to get a spot with Stacy! The prices are really reasonable, they use high quality products, and the salon has a really nice vibe. Toby, the salon dog is adorable.

After backpacking for months, I was so happy to find her - she came highly recommended by a friend and for good reason. Places like this are very rare these days.
