Violet took the time to draw me a custom design and was very particular with what I wanted and what my ideas were. She even stayed past opening hours twice to finish my tattoo. Artist Ferfectus works fast, great work, if I ever find myself back in the country I’m planning on getting more work done here.

Melissa Carpenter: My son was born in Guatemala and wanted a permanent souvenir of our family trip back this summer. We worked with Luis through Instagram messages for a month before our trip setting an appointment and design so we’d be able to get the tattoo during our limited window in Antigua. When we arrived for our appointment, Luis greeted us, took measurements, and adjusted his design again on the spot to make sure it was the best fit for my son. He made sure we liked it, gave him a copy of the research he’s done on the meaning behind it, and even took the time to explain to my son how he should always check to make sure the equipment is fresh and clean before getting a tattoo since this was his first one. The finished tattoo is beautifully done and my son absolutely loved his time in the shop with Luis and his brother. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Service: Tattoos

Daniel Hohmann: Never again, please don‘t go there. I asked them to tattoo two (as I think) rather simpel bands around my lower arm. For some reason they haven‘t been able to draw only one straight line. The tattoo looks absolutely awful. They tried to fix it with white ink which I think makes it even worse! Even if the white ink fades out as they said the tattoo will never look good (see below). Totally unprofessional. And it even wasn’t cheap! I hope someone can fix it when I‘m back home.

Daphne Rousseau: This place lacks professionalism, it says their business hours are every day except Sundays from morning to morning basically (I think 9:30am to 6:30am). I went there about 5 weeks ago as a walk in, was closed. The next day wrote to them on Facebook messenger, which is written as their way of communication on their Google page, never answered me and went back as a walk in that night again (figured I’d take my chances) and was closed again. Now a couple days ago I was in El Salvador and was planning on coming back to Antigua for a couple days, wrote to them on messenger, they answered me 3 days later. By that time I had changed my mind and decided it was too unprofessional for me. And tonight was in town and decided I might just drop by and if they would be open, that I would do my tat. Guess what, they were closed again. Tried calling them prior with the number advertised on their Google page, and no answer 3 times in a row. I’m sure the tats are beautiful, but the business side of it is horribly managed.

Michael Nardacci: I highly recommend Sirius tattoos. I contacted the owner Sergio via WhatsApp on the number above (+502) and he immediately responded. He is an excellent realistic style tattooist based in the art in the shop. I was interested in a geometric style, so he arranged for a different artist, Tony, who designed the tattoo and gave it to me the next day. I am very pleased with the results. From contacting Sergio to finishing the tattoo was only two days. They are busy so recommend giving him more heads up than that, but if you want to get a tattoo in Antigua this is the spot. Big thanks to the Sirius Tattoo shop!
