Ka Lu: ACHTUNG: JEDEN Winkel des Autos vorher prüfen, filmen UND fotografieren!!!Sie wollen dir unbedingt eine Extraversicherung andrehen. Da ich aber über einen Drittanbieter versichert war, nahm ich sie nicht. Die Mitarbeiter rollten mit den Augen und waren sehr unverschämt.Am Ende haben sie die eine Stelle beanstandet, den ich leider nicht gut genug auf Kamera habe, weil von unten (also auch die Stoßstangen von unten filmen. Jetzt einen Monat später habe ich immer noch keine Rechnung oder bescheid darüber, aber die Kaution haben sie komplett einbehalten!Das Auto war bei Anmietung schon komplett vermackt und vorne fehlte sogar ein Licht!Sehr enttäuscht von Europcar als renommierte Mietwagenfirma!ABZOCKE!!!
Eric Cházaro Cavero: Rent an upgraded car through Expedia. Upon arriving at Europcar at the Guatemala airport, it turns out that they did not have a similar vehicle. They wanted to give me one from a company in an agreement, forcing me to pay insurance that was equivalent to two days' rent. They offered me a very inferior and extremely battered pickup. They didn't credit me with anything. They forced me in any way to take insurance for 160 dollars for 4 days. It did not come with a full tank. But when returning the vehicle if they demanded it. Bad experience.

I have been hung up on multiple times by customer service representatives and Mariano Vasquez continues to push me off the phone when requesting a copy of my rental agreement. I have been trying to work with them for over 7 months to get this document… terrible customer service. Unbelievable hidden fees. Do not recommend.
Asen Ilinchev: The worst experience ever. We have been to over 30 countries worldwide but this the worst rent-a-car company ever!!! They gave our car to other person and left us without a car. We had to argue about 1 hour without any positive result. We have been told to search a car from other rental company. But it was Christmas and all cars were reserved. At the end we returned to the office and they gave us unauthorized car. Of course we had been forced to pay extra money for insurance. This is unprofessional company!!!

FEAR amY: Absolument choquée de cette entreprise.Si vous lisez ça n’hésitez pas une seconde et fuyez !!!!C’est une arnaque totale - j’ai réservé et payé via expédia, et au moment d’arriver ils ont refusé de me donner la voiture si je ne payais pas une caution de 5000 dollars (US!), alors que dans mon contrat il était écrit 700€ - Me disant que c’était une politique interne, tout en étant incapable de me fournir un justificatif / papier ! Après ils m’ont annoncé une taxe en plus propre au Guatemala, que je n’ai eu nul part ailleurs en louant une voiture et encore une fois mon contrat annonçait que toutes taxes étaient comprises !ARNAQUE

I amdeeply surprised with the all opinion.We rented car and once arrived there was no automatic but manual one which we accepted without a problem. We got a bigger car than what booked.The car was in perfect condition! I would say like brand new.The 3 people who were there at that moment were very friendly and helpful.Eddie who was managing our booking is a top employee! Thank you for all your help (with a rental, with sim card and during the car accident).so yes, we had a small car accident due to not our fault, we do not speak Spanish, they another driver does not speak English. We had no idea what to do. Eddie assist us via whatsapp and arranged everything very quick.ps. he is very modest and keep saying this is his job but I know he does his job with a dedication! It was a pleasure. We felt really taken care.
Benito Herrera: The previous comments are bad, but my experience was not so bad, they told me that they made changes in personnel. True, I booked something and it wasn't there but they resolved quickly, they gave me more options and they were always kind and helpful. Insurance is a problem in any rental company in Guatemala, it is convenient to have insurance to go calm and that increases the cost.
Abu Memon: Renting a car is not a happy occasion in Central America ...I faced the same issues in Honduras and Guatemala.....but... this Europcar rental agency leaves every other far behind in bizarre ways:1) They do not want to accept the insurance provided by your Credit card .2) They do not want to accept any insurance provided by any other insurer from their own country.3) Even with the best of insurance that I had from that country( $75000 with zero out of pocket)- which would be about 5 times the cost of the car I rented, they still wanted me to sign in advance, papers accepting liability and to pay fron my credit card deposit- should any incident occur.4) I was given a car smaller than what was contracted for.5) And lastly, they wanted me to accept liability for a stone hit (less than 25 c size)on the bottom most portion of the car door. Ricardo Leon: They provide a service with deceit, I reserve a vehicle in an application and when I go to pick it up they tell me that they don't have it that I had to choose another type of vehicle with another type of price, and when they make the transactions themselves they give a price in dollars and when they exchange it in quetzales, they do not put it at the market price but a higher exchange rate than what the company agrees with
Moses Thompson: Made me pay an extra 40usd per day for additional insurance when I turned up on the day without warning me beforehand. This is despite me showing them my full insurance policy which covered me for all of the risks.I amended the time I was returning the car from 6.30am to 11.30am the same day as my flight was changed. Despite me informing them of this change they insisted that I pay for another full day of rental when I returned the car even though I had paid for the full day.Very rude and clearly taking advantage of the foreign customer. Not what you expect from a multi national rental company.
Maxime Peyrieux: J'ai réservé pour Noël prochain. Au vu des commentaires précédents je me suis soudainement méfié. J'ai appelé l'agence locale ainsi que le service international de Europcar pour savoir si mon assurance bancaire qui couvre les locations de voitures suffisait et les deux disent que non il faudrait prendre une assurance locale supplémentaire. A aucun moment c'est indiqué lors de la réservation sur le site pour vous prévenir que c'est obligatoire. Ils disent que nos assurances ne couvrent pas pour le Guatemala ce qui est complètement faux puisque cela couvre pour le monde entier... Merci aux autres commentaires et pour notre part on va annuler et voir ailleurs !!
Wendy: Yup everything the other bad reviews say is true. They seem to try to make more money from their insurance coverage than by the actual car rental. Even the most expensive insurance they offer doesn’t cover tires and rims which is really needed with the bad roads in Guatemala. If you do have a tire pop on you and you need to replace it make sure it’s the same brand they have on the car or they’ll charge you for a new tire. We rented an Hyundai H-1 and it was dirty from the inside, they showed us several of them but they were all dirty. When we pointed it out they said that clients get the cars dirty and don’t clean them but that they definitely charge them for that. I don’t understand why Europcar doesn’t clean them if they’re charging ppl.
Yu Qin: I ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend this company to anyone in Guatemala. I made a reservation for 400USD for 3 weeks, before my arrival they told me that I could not get the vehicule without their insurance for $40/day, so the rent would become 2200 USD. When I show them that I had my personal premium insurance, they tought me that was mandatory to buy insurance from THEIR company. So that I asked them to show me the text which indicates that the client has to buy insurance with Europcar, they just told me "We are in a meeting, we have no time"The employees of Europcar think that all the clients are stupid.I just canceled my reservation, they are other companies which are much better.EUROPCAR = thief

Bernard Noble: I would not recommend this company to anyone in Guatemala. I had a tire blowout because of all the pot holes and they charged me for the tire. They nickel and dime you on the insurance they make you buy. Their customer service is horrible and they do not explain anything. Very unhappy but i will never rent from this company. Horrible experience.
Nidia Orellana: Absolute thieves. I reserved a car online for the price of $1200 for 16 days. When we got there they increased the price by 800 DOLLARS, not quetzales. The lady had the nerve to tell us she could give us a $300 discount and give us the vehicle for $1500; the irony of her saying that she was giving us a discount when her "discounted price" was $300 above the reserved original price. We did not take the vehicle and figured something else out in Santa Lucia. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

The rent amount was okay but a couple of days before my arrival, they started contacting me to sell me insurance for $125 for a 12 day trip. They said the insurance I bought at Travelocity was not good in Guatemala. Upon arrival, disclosed that they wanted $125 PER DAY for insurance. And, the insurance was for everything except "partial damages" meaning that unless your car is completely totaled, you will pay for it. They had two lower rates, but with even less coverage. I saw two groups of people arguing with the "workers" while I waited for another car company to come pick me up and get the car elsewhere. Read the reviews, you've been warned, DO NOT GO HERE.
Edwin Lopez: My sister and niece rented a vehicle in this place and the first bus they gave us was beaten up and scratched and the engine made noise from there the second bus had more bumps and scratches apart from that they were even charged for a scratch that it already had I saw the vehicle and I checked it with the person who gave us the vehicle and that scratch was there but well unfortunately that is a way to steal the money, well, I imagine and with all those bumps and scratches that the bus had, they have charged the money and he has put it in his pocket because there is no way to say that they fix the vehicles because they are all mistreated. I recommend this company that rents vehicles for my part I give them a zero they are not useful.
Maxceen Augustus: Unfortunately, it is not possible to give ZERO stars. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. This company provides a WhatsApp number but does not respond to calls or messages. We found out the night before our trip that the vehicle we reserved was not available. We reserved an SUV and all they could offer was a pick up truck or a manual car. Not even similar. Also, the final price was triple what we expected to pay from our Expedia booking because they refused to accept the collision damage insurance sold by Expedia. We considered canceling but with only a few hours to spare, we did not want to take the risk of trying to find a vehicle after we landed in a different country. Of all the staff that we dealt with at Europcar, only one person (Mariano) displayed even the slightest bit of concern for customer service. The others (especially Melissa Toj) were rude and unhelpful. The supervisors were also obnoxious and only cared about collecting as much as possible. They could not care less about the customer experience. This was a black spot on our vacation and caused us a lot of stress and anxiety. I would NOT recommend this company.

U-Xinn Cheang: Picking up the car last night with Avis in GUA upon our 8.30pm arrival was a BREEZE, especially with our two young kids in tow! The team was professional and the inspection of the car was fair and thorough!Highly recommend and will provide an update upon returning the car in 2 weeks if necessary!
Rosa Almanza: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE AN INDEPENDENT OFFICE THAT USE AVIS' NAME!! They will try to scam you into agreeing to a deposit that they will try and keep! We had a horrible experience with the two employees working there on the evening of 6/2. They used profanity and argued back and forth with us regarding a minor scratch on the vehicle we were returning. They want to keep $2k DOLLARS for that scratch!

I came here with a reservation I booked weeks in advance and they had the audacity to tell me that my car isn’t available because they sold them all out … like seriously ?! What’s the point of a reservation system then ?! I never used Avis in the states and I definitely won’t be using them when I travel to Guatemala or Central America, horrible service, disgusting attitude and worst professionalism from a car company I’ve ever dealt with.

Dont fall for any positive reviews of this place, they are all fake!! trust me it is better to rent a car from mexico and drive it to guatemala rather than rent from this place. They have bad attitudes, the system takes forever to load so picking up your car will take over an hour, and they scrutinize every part of the car to see how they can take all your money from you. beware of avis.

I must say to customers REALLY be careful about using this company in Guatemala and your VISA assurance cause they will over charge without a valid reason as shown in the pictures, I payed USD$407 overcharged and when I asked for the evidence photos taken at the begging they never sent cause is an obvious scam. Im so disappointed about international customer services instead of making proper investigation they just plays a tricky fraudulent same game and give and answer two months later! They also charged me USD$157.80 for the cleaning fee and the picture below shows how dirty it was, that's insane for the economic in Guatemala. Dinesh Rajalingam: Had an awesome experience at this rental place. Alex (site supervisor) and Carlos (sales area manager) was so helpful. I would highly recommend the place. Renting a car in Guatemala’s a different experience to the one in USA, however I understand the reason behind the checks. Saved taxes by renting inside the city rather than at the airport.
Tim Rovenstine: Thumbs down for Avis in Guatemala. Be prepared to have your credit card charged $1,200 USD, in case you run off with the car. Sign two more blank vouchers in case you have an accident, and one for the gasoline station if you didn't fill the tank. My rental had HORRIBLE suspension, shifting into 3rd gear was grinding gears. The battery died on a ferry transport across the river that goes to Monterrico, and 12 men had to push us to get our car off the boat. They had magnifying glasses checking hubcaps, bumbers, under carriage. They accused me of NOT filling the tank, I filled and topped off the tank 4 kilometers from the airport. I was relieved to get out of there.

Estuardo Flores: Beware of this AVIS at Guatemala Airport, first they changed the originally quoted price on the car. After returned car and inspection is done by an AVIS associate and show nothing wrong with the car, he say go in peace we will send the receipt to your email, surprise surprise hours later they send a picture of one tire slashed saying they will charge me for the 2 front tires. People at that office are total crooks, if you return the car stay there until they give you the final receipt and signed vouchers. We had a problem with a battery and it was really hard to get someone over the Phone that actually do something and keep you updates. First day we had problems with the battery, four hours later they came up with a call and didn't want To send us someone. Wé left the car and went To our hôtel. Next day the car didn't start. There was a need To change the battery. We waited 5 hours To get the response that we had To spend a night Where we were which was not planned of course. We lost our booked hotel, had To pay the additional parking and book a new hotel and a day of car rental. Day rate was 68$ for our pickup. Total loss of 150$ and our time !!!! When we went back To the office they didn't care at all of the situation. No monetary compensation and in addition they made us an offer that was actually robing us even more money.In summary: do not rent with avis. Their service is poor and attention to client is unexistant. NEVER AGAIN !

Tarifs offered by Expedia for Avis cars do not mention mandatory extra costs (insurance not covered by Allianz offer on Expedia site). Two different guarantees on credit card are compulsory (for damage and fines). The car that was delivered was smaller than the announced model. Car delivered had a lot of damage, which didn't withhold employees from painstakingly trying to find additional near-scratches on the car afterwards.By the way, I found out that the European Avis President's Club card does not entitle to the same advantages as in Europe.

Alexis Wood: Made a booking and went to the airport to pickup car. You can't go into the airport and I asked at the parking lot where to find them and they said to go to another street. Couldn't find them at this location or wandering around where other rental car comoanies were. Phone number doesn't work when calling for help. I would only maybe book if you are going to pickup right after getting off a flight or they fix their phone number. Don't book if you are coming back to the airport.
Martin Gluchman: Very dissapointed. I've rented a Payless rental car through the third party web provider, however, Payless Car is not operating in Guatemala International Airport anymore! I couldn't understand the failure and that was a big dissapointment once I found they are just simply gone. How is it possible that you still offer your car rental services through the web providers???? Luckily, somehow subconsciously, I didn't pre-pay anything, it just cost me my valuable time, planning and the canceled road trip my kids were looking forward to. I think that's more dissapointing than anything else you can do for them.

To discover that the paper work the employee told me was up to date in the glove box was actually expired. Id777 happy: This has to be the worst experience I have ever had renting a car in Guatemala. Reserved one with Kayak and the car they decided to give us was a little car (for a family of 4), which we didn't pay for. They left us there waiting for about 1 hour when we finally decided to leave and look elsewhere (we where exhausted for the long trip and wait) they finally "found" the car I had reserved and it broke down 2 days later. If you are going to beautiful Guatemala, reserve somewhere else this company is the worse! I wish I would have followed the reviews and NOT BOOKED HERE!
mike mangum: I have rented here many times and for awhile it was good but the last 2 times were not. Both times we reserved 2 large passenger vans well in advance. We called multiple times up to the time of our arrival to verify they had the vans and that they would be ready. The answer was always yes. We arrived to find out they had a 15 passenger and a 12 passenger (supposed to have 2-15 passenger vans). We had 30 people in our group so this made for a tight week. We gave them another chance earlier this month and reserved 2-12 passenger vans, again called to verify they would have them multiple times only to find out upon arrival that they only had 1. We had 22 people this time so we had to find an alternative fast. Lucky we had a local friend that referred us to Universal Renta Autos Aeropuerto. They had 2-15 passenger vans ready for us within minutes and it cost us $200 US less than Payless. Will not use Payless again.

Nicholas White: Jamas volvere a usar payless. Los trabajadores son buena onda, pero aparte de eso la compania es basura. Me mintieron varias veces y ahorita estan tratando de robarme de 400 dolares.Payless is horrid. The employees are nice and personable, but the company is horrendous. They lied to me about a quote and then charged me almost one hundred dollars more. They then gave us a car that had a broken trunk that would not close. On top of all of that, the car had problems with the humidity creating puddles on the floor mats. The car was also keyed and they overcharged us for the repairs. They were supposed to send us receipts of the repairs so that we could send them in and get reimbursed by the insurance company, however it has been nearly two weeks since the car was keyed and they have yet to send me the receipts. Since I have returned home they have not answered my phone calls and I'm pretty sure they are trying to just keep my money. The company is a joke. Rent from absolutely anyone else, hell take buses rather than rent a car here.

Carl Pettersson: By far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had unfortunately. I had booked through Priceline and I ended up paying 150% extra(!) when i picked up the car. I payed 456 dollars to Priceline and then another 657 at the pick up. I tried to change drop of station but that was impossible even for an extra change. Even the lady where I picked up the car told me I had paid to much, and basically was ripped of by her colleague. I was in such hurry so I didn’t was to spend any time fixing this but that was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

I have not been the only person who has had problems with this dora rental!It was definitely the worst investment I've ever made!

It's been a month since I rented a car, which had terrible conditions and on top of that a mirror was stolen during my stay in Guatemala, I paid 70 dollars for insurance and 650 dollars deposit, 400 dollars cash and 260 on a card, they told me that they were going to charge me a deductible for the foot that was stolen from the mirror, when I paid 70 dollars for insurance, the piece costs from 16 dollars to 29 dollars, and they still haven't contacted me to tell me anything about the deposit that I gave and much less have they returned it to me. I rented it through Priceline and they don't say anything either, which is a very subtle way of stealing money from customers. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
Melissa Gravlin: I booked a rental car through Priceline for a fox rent a car in Guatemala. I arrived at the airport and was met by a man that was identifiable as a fox rent a car employee as he was wearing a polo with the logo. We exited the airport and he was standing beside me and next thing I knew he was gone. No explanation. I speak Spanish and he didn’t tell me what was about to happen or what I needed to do. About 10 minutes later (after standing outside the airport as a single 27yo female completely alone in a foreign country), a different man came up beside me and told me to follow him. He led me to a white crossover vehicle that was different than the one I was renting. There was a woman driving it and without explaining to me where they were taking me or what was going on, they began to load my luggage in the vehicle. Again, I speak Spanish and it still took them about 2 minutes to explain where they were taking me and why. Once I get in the vehicle, the woman takes my son and I to some back alley place and hands me a bill that was more than double the amount on my reservation. I had previously paid for insurance through the Priceline reservation and I received a confirmation email that states I would be charged $109 at pick up. The bill she gave me was for $328 and insisted that I had to pay her insurance and 4 other types of taxes. I tried to ask her to explain why I had to buy insurance a second time and she didn’t offer an explanation she just said I had to. I asked what all of the other charges were and she just said they were taxes in Guatemala, no explanation. She was very rude and rather than help me come up with a solution, she stopped answering my questions. Again, it was 11:30 at night, I’m alone in a foreign country as a 27 year old female. I was extremely stressed and frustrated. How is it possible that I received a confirmation for a reservation with a distinguished price and then they try to charge me more than double the cost previously reserved. It is dishonest and absurd. I have never experienced such horrible service.

Li Fr: I was overcharged $50 from what I was quoted in Priceline. I was told that they do not take the auto insurance that I bought through Priceline and needed to buy their own insurance. I had to cancel the Priceline insurance and be refunded. I was also given a car that had been rear-ended and had the whole back of the car damaged. The car was also a city, tiny car versus the sedan that I had reserved and expected. I do not recommend this place unless you are into being scammed and losing money.

I hope they give us back the money we redeemed

A couple days before the pickup date, we got an email from a representative there saying that the price was $100 more than we were quoted (33% increase). She said it was for the insurance for which we already paid. I showed her the invoice from Expedia and she showed me an entirely different one. She said ours was incomplete.I talked with Expedia and they assured me that the price wouldn't change and to show Fox our conversation. When we arrived, there was no one there waiting for us. We had to make several calls and get help from multiple people to get in contact with them. After an hour of waiting they finally showed up. Yhe people that showed up were very unprofessional and were laughing and joking around.The car we booked wasn't available and they insited on the increased price. They also wouldn't let us use the insurance from Expedia.We contacted Expedia and told them the situation. Fox would not agree. So we had Expedia cancel. We had to call another company to cancel the insurance.We wasted time and possibly money (if we're not properly refunded). The whole experience was terrible, unfortunately.

Krish M: Wow. Renting a car in Guatemala has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had while traveling. Upon arrival Dec 25th, I had a reservation with Fox, unfortunately, there was no one at the window downstairs to greet you and when you call them, no one answered. “Luckily” I made secondary reservations elsewhere but I came to find out that no car company in Guatemala actually honors the reservation system. They over book and then sell out and if you’re too late, you’re stuck. So we we’re stranded that day we reached, but I was luck to get an Uber to carry us home. The next day, Dec 26, I arrived back at the airport, searching and hoping to get a car. No car rental companies had anything but we were fortunate to finally see someone at the Fox rental window. We told him our situation (unfortunately there was that language barrier) but he called someone from the nearby office and they came over and spoke with us. Ricardo, was very nice, we explained to him our situation and he was willing to work with us. He went back to the office and found us a car (considering it was a day later), he got us the vehicle, honestly, wasn’t the best quality vehicle, kind of old, had a check engine light, crackled and creeked and sounded like it would’ve broke down but we wasn’t going to let that stop us and ruin the vacation, so we took it anyways. 4 days into our trip the brakes stopped working, we had to carry it back to the office and once again Ricardo helped by exchanging with another vehicle, smaller than what we had before but usable and we kept it until we had to return. Overall, I’m grateful that Ricardo helped us out, do appreciate that. Some things worth improving and fixing, but I’d book with him again, next time I’m visiting. Far better treatment and customer service than anyo go the companies outside the airport (Hertz, Avis and Budget).
Mynor Reyes: Two days into the my trip I noticed the wires from the tire were exposed so before I had a flat I changed it with the spare one. When. I return the car I was charged for the bad tire... after they forced me to buy their insurance that I thought it will cover everything, even though the tire was bad in the first place. Edwin was the only one who helped me to get my Money back after 5 weeks of constantly calling and texting him. Bad experience but at least he was honest and helped me to get my money back.

No los recomiendo mejor busque otra empresa.

We have photo proof of previous dents on the car that we rented from the airport enterprise. The man basically scammed us and claim that we put the dents on the car even though we have proof that they were there when we rented it. We are contacting the police and also will mark fraud on our credit card. I’m also going to be contacting the corporate office. We have video of this man as well as photographs. But I would not trust anyone at this particular location.
Robin Lopez: In Guatemala Alamo, Enterprise and National is the same company. We had booked in Flores for several days, when we arrived they did not have the vehicle and we had to go to another agency. We had also booked at the Guatemala airport for several days and when we arrived they did not have the luxury car and they wanted to put us in another because the luxury car was reserved for someone special. Terrible service and rude attitude. I asked Carlos Estrada, who was attending us, for the number of the central management offices and he refused to give it. Here is a picture of him. I recommend you go with Avis or another rental agency that can provide you with a satisfactory experience when you are traveling.

Robert Pangborn: The following is a fair and balance review: for context, I am an experienced business traveler and have rented many vehicles in Central America. I selected Enterprise in this case because I expected better service and less hassle (despite the fact that they were considerably more expensive for a equivalent vehicle through the booking site. We picked up our vehicle as scheduled from GUA. The agent for us set up pretty quickly, BUT gave us a smaller vehicle than originally described and an automatic trans. Didn’t have other options and he acted like he was doing us a favor... I was too tired to argue and we started our journey. After arriving at Lake Atitlan, we parked the vehicle, which did not start the next day. We were 3 hours from Guatemala City with only a centralized roadside assistance number. Rather than waste an entire day waiting for a jump, a local hotel owner drive over and tried to assist. The car would NOT start. We inspected under the hood and noticed 2 very concerning things - first, the battery as undersized and was tied in with a rope! The rope was tied off to some cooling/ac tubing that was also starting to bend. If you have ever driven in Guatemala you will know this is very unsafe. Second, there was a electrical harness that was pulled out with frayed wires. You could see where someone had tried to “fix” this issue with electrical tape. One I reinserted the bare wires into the plastic harness it started but a check engine light came on. We called Enterprise and told them we needed a vehicle exchange and Antigua was the closest trade out 2 hours away. We limped it to Antigua and traded it out. The agent was surprised that they had rented this car out in this condition, though there was not apology for our inconvenience). He noted this and we swapped out. When we turned it back in, the agent in Guatemala City said we had a $50 damage charge for the broken harness. I told her this was not the case and she needed to call the Antigua office. After some conversation, she concluded that this item was as not my ‘fault’ and we settled out.Enterprise: When a client has a poor quality experience, it would serve your reputation well to go the extra mile to make it right (or apologize) instead of expecting the customer to go the extra mile to get through it.Potential vehicle renters: I’d consider highly another rental company - please read other renter reviews as these will guide selecting the best available option for your trip.
