KP: Very nice people and ambiance. I had the Balinese massage, manicure, and gel pedicure. Clean and inviting and relaxing environment. Come if you want a relaxing and soothing experience. It is a bit expensive. I spent $850 Q or about $120 USD without tip. The manicure and gel pedicure were not on the level of what I get back home. The gel pedicure is not solid/opaque. It looks like it needed another coat. And already it has chipped from when I stubbed my toe slightly (not very hard), which never happens even with much harder impact on 8 week old gel pedicures done back home. But they did a nice job with shape and cuticles. The massage was pleasant and relaxing. Overall Y’Spa staff were very nice and it was a pleasant and relaxing experience which was really what I came for.Update: Y'Spa reached out to me after posting this review to try to improve my experience. I thought this was very gracious and conscientious of them. They definitely want to protect their reputation of great service and will go above and beyond to do that. Come to Y'Spa where you will be treated like a valued customer and receive a lot of hospitality!

Pasco Lymbus: Der Service und die Massage waren exzellent. Wir hatten je eine Entspannungsmassage gebucht und haben mit Trinkgeld und Gebühr für die Kreditkartenzahlung unter 100 Euro gezahlt. Es gab eine freundliche Begrüßung, eine wirklich erstklassige Massage und anschließend noch einen Moment der Entspannung in den gemütlichen Sesseln bei einem Bio-Tee. Die Räumlichkeiten bestehen aus dem Empfangsraum, einem Zwischenraum zur Entspannung und dem Massageraum, der wie eine kleine Höhle anmutet. Alles hochwertig gestaltet. Der Massageraum ist nicht gut durchlüftet, sodass an den Wänden ein paar Flecken zu sehen waren. Das wird mit einer Reinigung und einer besseren Durchlüftung einfach zu lösen sein. Die Luft war trotzdem angenehm und der Raum gut klimatisiert. Also hat es der Entspannung nicht geschadet. Und wegen der wirklich sehr guten Massage, der schönen Gestaltung und dem hervorragenden Service gebe ich 5 Sterne. Ich empfehle den SPA auf jeden Fall gerne weiter. Speziell nach der Vulkanwanderung war es eine entspannende Auszeit. Vielen Dank! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been having waxing for around 7 years and this was the first time I actually cried during the process. The two ladies were going so fast and rough and quick, it was so much pain so quickly. Now I could deal with that much pain during even though it’s not normal. But what’s worse, is that I’m still in pain now (hours later) and it burns a lot when I use the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

About 3minutes in I asked if I could change my massage from a deep tissue to relaxation because of how rough and abusive she was being. Literally an hour of someone hitting you and trying to hurt you as much as they can. My 'masseur' would slap me as hard as possible every 3 or so minutes as though she was slapping a mosquito. She pressed my nose so hard I thought it would break, and then when she pulled and ripped my hair, I asked her to stop. She then abruptly left the room in the dark without saying anything. I had no idea if she was done or anything. I got dressed in the dark and left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever!

It is a cheat for the one who falls into its web. The place is small and very very bare, poor and in bad taste. I have been going to SpA weekly for years and I tell them that this is a scam. The service is lousy, they don't listen to your requests.A total scam don't trust this people, they have no idea of ​​massage therapy or customer service.. totally over priced, place is cheap and they charge you like a 5 star place.
