Fabriccio Díaz: The best cookies in all of Guatemala are sold here at Wunderkeks. The chocolate from the chocolate chips stays melted and creamy. They are wonderful and once you start with one, it is difficult to leave them.They have a single store and customer service is very good. If you like chocolate chip cookies, this is the place to be 🍪However they sell other desserts such as cakes and a variety of cookies. Recommended.

Debby Nahrstadt: I ordered cookies expecting them to be delivered before July 4. Wunderkeks sent an email indicating there was a delay, but I could cancel by responding to the email. I canceled. No response. I sent two follow up notes as I did not receive the cookies or a credit. No response. I would NEVER order again. They took my money, I’ve received no cookies, they have no number to call for customer service and they do not respond to emails.

Their website promises 2 day shipping, but I ordered on 6/27 and tracking says delivery is expected on 7/6...I understand shipping is delayed for many things right now, but communication of such delays or responding to customers would be helpful.
5IVYleague: THEY DELETED MY FACEBOOK COMMENT ON THEIR ADVERTISEMENT!!Keep your money! I placed my order on May 14th and finally on May 19th my order status was updated to shipped. Whenever I tried to track it all it said was that UPS was awaiting my package. I finally emailed them asking for my cookies or my money back. They promised my cookies would be shipped today. Surprise surprise...no cookie shipping confirmation and no refund! I was trying to be patient due to COVID but 12 days to ship cookies is not cool. ESPECIALLY from a company that’s boasts 2 day shipping! I’ve seen reviews about how great their cookies are but, with this type of customer service just go to your local bakery with the best reviews. They deleted my comment within 10 minutes. If they deleted my comment just imagine how many others they’ve deleted!
C B: I had the chocolate chip cookies and they're missing something. They are soft and full of chocolate chips as advertised but they lack that caramelized, buttery slightly nutty taste characteristic of this type of cookie. They taste floury. If I had to condense my review into one word: Meh.
Isabel “FGTTW” Barahona: Me gusta que en Uber eats no me cobren el envío. Los postres no son tan baratos pero NO son tan ricos como esperaba. Pedí unas crinkles la primera vez. Decepcionada. Eran galletas crujientes, las crinkles no son así. La segunda vez pedí los brownies. Ricos y chiclosos solo que muy dulce para mi gusto. MI GRAN PROBLEMA ES QUE LE ECHAN MUCHO CAFÉ a las recetas con chocolate. Ambas, las galletas y los brownies tenían un sabor muy pronunciado a café. Está bien utilizar el café para resaltar el sabor del chocolate. Yo lo que quiero son crinkles no galletas de chocolate y café. En fin y resumidas cuentas, las recetas de chocolate son un asco. Si quieren buenos brownies y buenos crinkles con verdaderamente sabor a chocolate busquen en otro lugar y no gasten su dinero acá.
