Es una lástima porque el servicio al cliente es pésimo.Yo me encontré con un inconveniente en mi pedido y cuando llame para pedir ayuda lo que recibí fueron gritos de parte de la encargada de servicio al cliente. La verdad, no cancelé el pedido porque ya lo había pagado pero ganas no me faltaron.¡Qué pena! Tal vez pensaron que mi pedido era muy pequeño, pero cada cliente es importante y de hecho a mí ya me perdieron.

CAROLINA DE MOLINA: We hired food from presto which has been fabulous for years but I think since they changed ownership they changed the quality of the ingredients the dessert they served us was really bad no one could eat it to make a no bake cheesecake they you need a higher quality of cheese and cream. This one was lousy! The rest of the food very good

Sara Quevedo: Good morning, I would like to tell you that yesterday I was about 15 years old in the event hall xe Altos de Barcenas 3, Zone 2 of Villa Nueva and all of us who attended are very sick to our stomachs, we got food poisoning and the chef, which by the way I did not know nor did the name say that Presto Banquetes had prepared all the food. I will be sending a report to the Ministry of Health right now. ALL THE FOOD DID US HURT BEING A PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY IT SHOULD NOT CONSUME PACA CHICKEN OR BE AMERICAN HERE IN OUR COUNTRY THERE IS VERY GOOD QUALITY CHICKEN. I HOPE YOU TAKE NOTE AND LETTERS IN THE MATTER. The salad was bad, the only thing that did not taste decomposed or shuco in our good lexicon was the puree. Too bad, executives of Presto Guatemala. If this happens to more we will sue them, have it for sure.
